Cold pressed from yellow mustard seeds in a traditional kachi ghani, this mustard oil carries that characteristic pungency and deep golden colour that North Indian kitchens swear by. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and allyl isothiocyanate — the compound responsible for its distinct flavour. Perfect for pickling, tadka, and Bengali cooking.
